Returns

Our policy last 30 days. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange if this period has passed.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for return. We will refuse a refund or exchange for items which do not meet this criteria.

To complete your return, please email us at stagandsteedofficial@gmail.com, stating your order number and reason for return. We will send you a returns label which you will need to print and attach to your packaged returns. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of approval or rejection of refund. The refund will then be processed back to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund, please double check your bank statement or credit card activity including any pending transactions. If your refund still isn't showing, please contact us at stagandsteedofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate further.

Sale items unfortunately cannot be refunded, unless faulty.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are faulty or if you require a different size. To complete an exchange, please email stagandsteedofficial@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date, stating your order number and reason for exchange, including photographic evidence of any defects. We will send you a returns label which you will need to print and attach to your packaged returns. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your return.
